2004 toyota highlander was involved in crash. The doors were not locked when traveling, but were locked when the car came to a stop after crash. Occupants could not get out. They could not turn off key. They could not break windows to get out, either, no matter how much they kicked them. This is a serious matter. If there had been a fire, the occupants would have died.*ak
