Structure
Driver's sunvisor constantly falls way from glass and points almost straight down, blocking most vision of the road. Has been replaced 3 times since new (12/2006) under warranty, and now the 4th visor is failing. They only seem to last about 3-9 months before rod sleeve tension bushing wears out.
