Goodyear fortera hl tires purchased at sams club in wv in november 2018. Tires are 245/65/r17 with dot code m71tja2r1918. Tires appeared to have some cracking on the sides of treads shortly after purchase and installation by sams club. The car began to shake and was uncontrollable. Managed to pull over and upon inspection found that all of the lug nuts on both front tires were very loose. The car was serviced by greentree toyota greentree scion. Commerce drive, brookfield ct the day before and a tire rotation service was requested. The lug nuts were loosened but never tightened back up. *tr

Bridgestone deuler h/l 400 tires had poor tread life and were very poor in any amount of snow. Rain also resulted in hydro planning.

Caps keep falling off of the lug nuts, which exposes the studs of the wheel hub. Corrosion forms and causes the lug nut to be difficult to remove. Additionally, exposure of the stud can weaken the joint. I replaced two lug nuts yesterday, bringing the total to five in the past six months. *tr
