On the third occasion, the contact notified the manufacturer who advise that the vehicle needed to be driven at least 15 miles per day to prevent the battery from going dead because of the dessert-like climate in which the contact resided.…

    2010 toyota highlander. S10 appropriate handling- letter from regarding toyota problems *tgw the consumer stated the vehicle was delivered to him and his wife during the sales suspension period of toyota vehicles without the accelerator recall work being completed. Also, after owning the vehicle for five days, the vehicle would not start. The dealer stated the battery was defective and needed to be replaced. *jb
